How does a custom patch project start?
Send us a drawing, a physical sample or a reference image. We confirm material, size, colour and backing first, then produce a sample — volume production starts only after the sample is approved.
Can you use our own logo and typeface?
Yes. Embossing, laser engraving, screen printing, hot foil, appliqué and metal inlay can all carry your logo — which one suits depends on the material and the effect you want, and we will advise.
Do you handle small runs? What is the minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is 250 pieces, calculated on one full hide — whatever that hide yields sets the starting quantity for an order. The process (appliqué, embossing, screen printing, metal inlay and others) affects how much material each piece takes, so we confirm the drawing or sample first and then quote on exact usage.
Can we specify the material?
Yes. Full-grain cowhide, vegetable-tanned leather, PU faux leather, hair-on hide, iridescent leather and plant-based materials such as apple leather are all available — or we can source to a sample you supply.
How do you keep the colour accurate?
We agree the colour-difference standard before sampling — against your colour card if you have one — and only then move to production, so a large run stays consistent.
How is lead time calculated?
Lead time depends on process complexity and quantity; once the sample is approved we give a firm production schedule. Tell us your on-sale or delivery date when ordering and we will plan around it.
Do you sell retail?
No. We work only with brand clients and factory orders. The samples shown on this site are for craftsmanship reference only; trademarks belong to their respective owners.
